Your contribution
You independently support sustainable projects in building physics, acoustics and building ecology and work closely with the project managers.

What you achieve
Management of challenging projects (from planning to realisation on site), schedule and cost control
Specialisation in a subject area including support of the team as a competence centre (CoC)
Responsibility for coordinating project tasks within the building physics team
Preparation of necessary documents and paperwork for successful project execution such as energy certificates, noise assessments, sound insulation certificates, funding programmes
Independent certification of buildings (Minergie, Minergie-ECO, SNBS, GEAK, SIA 390/1 Climate Path etc.)
Independent advice to architects and builders on new builds and renovations
Acquisition / preparation of offers and customer care
Successful with
Completed university of applied sciences or university degree in building physics, civil or environmental engineering, architecture or CAS further education in the relevant field
Proven professional experience in building physics, acoustics and ecological construction
Independent entrepreneurial behaviour
Good communication skills in spoken and written German
Experience with MS Office and relevant building physics software
Advantageous: Interest in energy and sustainability labels and the planning of PV systems
Advantageous: Certified GEAK expert or interest in further training in this area
