Responsibilities
Develop and execute product strategies
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Manufacturing)
Conduct market and competitive analysis
Create business cases and financial models
Manage product launches
Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners
Manage product budgets and resources
Monitor product performance
Drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience.
Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, manage successful product launches, and drive revenue growth.
Technical & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of dental product technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
Analytical Skills: Proven data‑driven decision‑making capabilities with proficiency in using analytics tools to assess product performance and market dynamics.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Budget Management: Experience in managing budgets and sales forecasting to support product financial performance.
Language proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Dental manufacturing, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors.
Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
