Deputy Director – Front & Back Office Manager Bilingual FR–GER
Activity rate 80 to 100%, starting 1st October 2026 or by arrangement
Your background demonstrates proven expertise in leadership roles within the accommodation, care and senior sectors, and you are proficient in both German and French, written and spoken.
You hold an academic qualification, ideally complemented by specialisation in human resources, administrative management and/or quality management.
Your overall vision, interpersonal skills and sensitivity to a clientele from very diverse socio-cultural backgrounds enable you to be naturally at ease even in complex situations.
As Front & Back Office Manager, you will lead the reception and administration team. In your role as Deputy Director, you will assist the director in the overall management of the residence and stand in during their absences. Depending on your profile and experience, you may also be called upon to take direct responsibility for one or more other departments.
