As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for:
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute Gelato’s product marketing strategy.
* Build, organize, and execute product launches and initiatives, ensuring successful messaging and narratives for website updates, documentation, Twitter campaigns, and audience engagement.
* Own and execute the product marketing content calendar on social media, primarily Twitter.
* Create compelling product positioning and messaging to communicate the value of our infrastructure solutions to various audience segments. Coordinate with developers, designers, and product teams to present our products effectively to users and the community. This includes initial launches, feature upgrades, and brand positioning.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis, develop client case studies, and refine product positioning.
* Collaborate with our strategic Rollup as a Service clients throughout their development lifecycle, assisting with go-to-market strategies, blog posts, tweets, and press releases, especially for chain launches.
* Work with infrastructure providers (RPC providers, Bridges, Wallets, SDKs, etc.) and application teams to create joint go-to-market content and foster strong marketing relationships.
* Work closely with the product team to understand technical features and translate them into user benefits that resonate with target audiences.
* Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities in blockchain infrastructure.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience as a Product Marketing or Product Manager, with demonstrated interaction with web3 projects.
* Deep understanding of managing crypto-focused social media accounts, especially on X, with the ability to communicate to a crypto-native audience.
* A curious individual passionate about blockchain infrastructure, ideally an active onchain user with awareness of ecosystem trends.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing internal and external teams.
* Experience creating engaging, user-centric content focusing on product and technical features, translating complex concepts into accessible messages.
* Reliable team player, comfortable with ownership and navigating ambiguity.
* Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Economics, or relevant experience in software product contributions.
* Experience in high-growth tech startups or web3 infrastructure is preferred.
