We are supporting an international construction technology company specialising in joining, fastening, lifting, and anchoring solutions.
To strengthen the engineering team, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Product & Sales Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, customers, and sales.
In this role, you will act as a key technical partner for engineering firms, planners, and construction companies. You will support demanding customer projects from early concept development through implementation, providing expert guidance on the use of key products and systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical consulting to customers on the optimal use of the products.
* Develop project‑specific solutions in steel and reinforced‑concrete construction.
* Independently manage and support key customer projects, from concept to execution.
* Conduct customer meetings, offering both technical expertise and sales support.
* Work closely with the sales team to support project acquisition and customer‑specific solution transfer.
* Contribute to the automation and optimisation of internal processes and workflows.
* Serve as a reliable, structured, and communicative point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
To Be Successful
* A completed degree in Civil Engineering (University of Applied Sciences / ETH / Technical University).
* Several years of experience in structural design or technical consulting.
* Strong knowledge of design and dimensioning in steel and reinforced concrete construction.
* Experience supporting customer projects with technical expertise.
* An independent, organised, and communicative working style.
* Excellent German language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
