YOUR MISSION
As Event Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of our global activations of Switzerland. You will lead each activation project, optimise resources across dozens to twenty of concurrent events, and act as the final line of defence for timing, budget, and client satisfaction. This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends tactical problem‑solving with strategic process design.
 * Coordinate internally with the Support, Technical Operation & Stock, Design and Event Operations Manager around Europe.
 * Build and follow up project plans that detail timelines, milestones, and success metrics; monitor progress and course‑correct in real time.
 * Staff each project with the right mix of hostesses, installers, and cameramen. Negotiate and follow up freelance contracts when needed.
 * Own the client relationship once a deal is signed by the Sales Team, fielding last‑minute requests and escalating issues before they affect show day.
 * Prepare transport budgets, book couriers and freight, and devise cost‑efficient routing for multi‑stop tours.
 * Ensure every venue’s technical, security, and compliance requirements are met; manage on‑site build and strike schedules.
 * Be the partner of the sales team in order to determine the financial and technical feasibility of upcoming events.
 * Track operational costs, forecast resource needs, and report KPIs to senior management; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Maintain the CRM and project‑management tools with accurate, up‑to‑date event data.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Technical Skills
 * Strong financial acumen: budget creation, cost tracking, and margin protection.
 * Proficiency with Dynamics 365, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
 * Familiarity with experiential‑technology installations (photo booths, AR / VR, interactive displays).
Soft Skills
 * Leadership, ability to inspire, guide, and align teams toward shared goals.
 * Clear, confident communicator in English; Native language.
 * Clear and effective communication, convey ideas, updates, and expectations clearly to clients, and team members.
 * Expert at anticipating risks, re‑prioritizing on the fly, and delivering under pressure.
 * Analytical Thinking, understand project dynamics, assess risks, and monitor performance indicators.
 * Stress Management, stay composed and focused under pressure, especially during critical phases.
 * Fluent in: French + English + German
