As the head of the IT infrastructure of the Systems and Information Technology (SIT) department, you will lead the Networks team. In a service-oriented manner, you will ensure the availability and reliability of the networks that support the daily operations of the TPG. You will also propose processes to meet the needs of other services in the department. Main responsibilities:- Supervise the team responsible for Networks,- Guide the evolution of networks to prevent obsolescence,- Organize the team's activities, including for on-call duty,- Manage knowledge and skills within the team,- Ensure the handling of all level 2 incidents and requests in compliance with SLAs and processes within a service framework,- Produce and present the team's performance keys and propose measures for good flow with stakeholders and external clients regarding any issues related to the SIT,- Manage the budget of your service,- Participate in change management, process evolution, and quality improvement.Your profile:- University degree or equivalent,- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Network specialist, including 5 years of confirmed experience in managing a Network team,- Over 5 years of proven experience in reporting,- Good knowledge of ITIL,- Strong interpersonal skills with qualities of listening, kindness, and dialogue,- Fluent in French, proficiency in English and German is a plus,- Excellent ability to give and receive constructive feedback,- Ability to work both as a team and independently on cross-cutting topics,- Sense of rigor and proactivity.Are you interested?
