We’re looking for a Practice Lead CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) to lead our Customer Identity capability—owning architecture, delivery, and strategic direction across platforms like Okta Customer Identity Cloud (Auth0), CIDAAS, and more.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the CIAM architecture practice—owning solution design and platform strategy
* Design secure, scalable, GDPR‑compliant identity solutions (B2C & B2B)
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients on CIAM platform selection and architecture
* Run client workshops to define business, technical, and security requirements
* Mentor and grow a high‑performing identity team
What You Bring
* 8+ years in solution architecture, with strong CIAM/IAM focus
* Hands‑on experience with Okta CIC (Auth0) (or similar CIAM platforms)
* Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT
* Experience with real‑world CIAM use cases (MFA, SSO, social login, consent, lifecycle)
* Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Coding experience (Java, Node.js, or Python) is a plus
* Fluent English; German is a strong advantage
