Job Overview
As Group Leader Production (w/m/div.), you will lead approximately 65 employees and oversee order processing while meeting quality, quantity, and time targets.
Responsibilities
* Provide fachliche and disziplinarische Führung, acting as a coach, motivating, enabling, and assessing employees.
* Define measurable target definitions for team leaders and facilitate continuous improvement processes.
* Manage workshop operations.
* Optimize existing and new manufacturing processes with a focus on organizational flows.
* Create and maintain documentation.
* Assist in technical processes and tooling optimization and lead CIP projects.
Qualifications
* Technical basic training (e.g., Polymechaniker, Automatiker) ideally complemented by higher education at FH/HF/Uni level.
* Flexible, expressive, communicative personality with high quality awareness and systematic, solution-oriented work style.
* Leadership and planning experience; proficient in MS-Office; SAP knowledge a plus.
* Good communication, expression in German; English is a plus.
