Qualifications
* Windows support experience (3+ years experience)
* Clear communication skills in English
The Nordwand Group are currently supporting one of their clients to source a 1st / 2nd Level Supporter / Helpdesk Technician. You will be analyzing the performance of helpdesk IT systems, resolving IT equipment and software issues and providing support to senior management and that VIP level support for onsite clients. This is a brilliant position for someone who is looking to gain experience across lots of areas within IT. What this position will offer you over other jobs across the market is stability.
Responsibilities
* Prioritizing & resolving IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
* Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
* Working on projects related to improving the service offered and efficiency of applications
* Documenting processes and maintaining helpdesk records
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure high level corporate support
