To strengthen the team of the Intercultural Pastoral Unit (UPI) La Venoge-L’Aubonne, we are looking for:
pastoral agent at 50%
The position focuses on coordinating faith journeys, community animation as well as individual and family support.
Under the responsibility of the moderating priest and in collaboration with the pastoral team, your main tasks will be:
Coordinate the organisation, administrative follow-up and development of confirmation and catechumenate courses.
Design and lead group meetings, prepare liturgies and supervise key moments (weekends, outings, celebrations) during regular or occasional events
Support and ensure individual follow-up of participants
Provide specific support to families throughout the courses
Participate in catechesis groups and various meetings related to UPI activities
Work closely with the existing pastoral team
Develop and create graphic and communication materials
Profile sought :
Training in pastoral animation or willingness to undertake such training
Recognised professional training in Switzerland
Good knowledge of the Catholic Church and the pastoral field in Vaud
Proven ability to plan, coordinate and evaluate long-term (liturgical year) and occasional programmes
Ability to design adapted content and lead groups
Knowledge of IT tools and administrative management skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Sense of discernment, autonomy, creativity and initiative
Workplace : Morges and travel within the UPI
Start date : 1 September 2026
