We are seeking a Senior CRM Technical Expert to play a pivotal role in the implementation and integration of a Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities :
* Design and document solution architectures and integration blueprints.
* Lead system configuration, customization, and data migration efforts.

* Support change management, including training and operational transition.
* Deliver comprehensive documentation across all project phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
* 8+ years of CRM project experience, including 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Proven leadership in end-to-end CRM implementations, including architecture, integration, and team management.
* Strong command of Azure Dataverse, DevOps, and enterprise integration.
* Expertise in data migration, API development, and security compliance.
* Certifications such as : Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service Consultant, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Azure Fundamentals, PMP / PRINCE2, or ITIL.
