In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pThe Sr. Manager, International Installation Planning is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic and operational excellence across installation planning activities within the assigned cluster. This role plays a critical part in enabling successful customer installations, supporting business growth, and ensuring alignment across supply chain, commercial, and service organizations. The position offers the opportunity to lead complex, cross‑functional planning operations while shaping scalable processes that improve performance, reliability, and customer experience across DePuy Synthes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and oversee installation planning operations for International Cluster, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution aligned with business priorities. /li liDevelop and implement strategic planning processes to support capital equipment and system installations across global and regional markets. /li liPartner cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Commercial, Service, Finance, and Project Management teams to align demand, capacity, and execution plans. /li liDrive continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, cycle times, and installation readiness. /li liLead, coach, and develop a high‑performing installation planning team, fostering accountability, engagement, and succession readiness. /li liMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively manage risks, constraints, and escalations impacting installation delivery. /li liEnsure compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and internal governance requirements. /li liSupport transformation initiatives, including digital tools, standardization, and process harmonization across regions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 bEducation /b ul liBachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. /li liMaster’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. /li /ul bRequired /b ul liMinimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, installation planning, operations, or related functions, including people leadership at a manager or senior manager level. /li liDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional planning activities in a global or regional environment. /li liProven ability to manage change, drive continuous improvement, and influence senior stakeholders. /li liExperience working within regulated environments, preferably MedTech, healthcare, or manufacturing. /li /ul bPreferred /b ul liExperience supporting capital equipment or complex system installations. /li liKnowledge of advanced planning systems, ERP platforms, and digital supply chain tools. /li liLean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous‑improvement methodology experience. /li liExperience leading teams across multiple geographies or cultures. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities. /li /ul bOther /b ul liLanguage: English proficiency required; additional European languages preferred. /li liTravel: Up to 20–30%, primarily international within the cluster. /li liCertifications: APICS, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma preferred but not required. /li /ul h3EEO Statement /h3 pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
