On behalf of a FMCG company based in Lausanne, we are searching for a Delivery Operations Manager H/F .
You develop and implement the delivery strategy across the Swiss market
You identify core restaurants to expand and strenghten the delivery business
You define sales targets for all channels
You advise owner / operators on improving operational performance and maximize results
You implement best practices to support restaurant operations and improve delivery courier experience
You build strong relationships with third party delivery partners / 3PO
Functie-eisen
Experience in a similar position with regional / national scope (delivery operations / fleet model deployment, franchisee management)
Excellent command of English, French and German is an asset
Willing to travel between the HQ, restaurants and 3PO's offices
