1. Improve quality throughout the LLM lifecycle: analyze, prototype, prompt engineer, data collect, train, evaluate, and iterate.
2. Develop high-quality code (Colab, C++, Kotlin) rapidly to integrate components within Search infrastructure (e.g., Mars).
3. Simplify complex problems in a dynamic environment.
4. Deliver measurable impact through offline evaluations (human, auto raters) and live traffic.
