Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Location: Zurich
Start date: 01.06.2025
Duration: 8 months - with possibility of extension
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spend 1-2 days per week at our client's secure archive facility, ensuring the proper management and handling of archival materials.
2. Provide cross-functional support across the organization on a variety of operational tasks and smaller projects.
3. Collaborate with different teams to assist with ongoing initiatives and administrative needs.
4. Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
5. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work environments.
Required Experience and Skills:
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
7. Cooperative and communicative
8. Flexible and proactive
9. Team-oriented mindset
10. High level of discretion and confidentiality
11. Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
12. Fluent in English, German is a plus.
