With this unique expertise, we support the largest Swiss watchmaking houses in their efforts to reinforce our team for a position based in Boécourt or La Chaux-de-Fonds. We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Developer (H/F). In this role, you will participate in the maintenance and evolution of the group ERP. You will report to the manager and be responsible for the following main tasks: Analyze functional needs expressed by business teams or business analysts; Participate in drafting technical specifications; Propose technical solutions suitable for D365 architecture; Implement and test validated solutions, in accordance with Microsoft best practices; Document completed developments; Develop and maintain interfaces with other systems; Participate in regression testing following version upgrades from the publisher; Correct anomalies and ensure corrective maintenance; Provide support to business teams, ensuring that issues are addressed within agreed timelines; Advise teams for a better understanding and effective use of functionalities; Participate in technological monitoring on the updates published by the publisher. The main site can be located in the commune of Boécourt (JU) or the commune of La Chaux-de-Fonds (NE), and occasional travel to other sites is expected. Skills profile: You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, and you master the Dynamics 365 FO ecosystem: X development language, Visual Studio / Azure DevOps, Lifecycle Services (LCS), Management Framework, SQL Server, D365 data model, Power Power Apps. You are proficient in office tools and incident management tools. Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO modules in Supply Chain, Finance, and Production is a plus. Holding at least a CFC in Development, you wish to join a medium-sized group and can manage stress while being capable of learning. You have a service-oriented mindset and are analytical; your sense of rigor allows you to manage/prioritize tasks effectively. You are fluent in French and have a good understanding of English. You are rigorous and autonomous, and you are keen to successfully complete your assignments.
