The Role Of Director Of People And Culture
We currently have an opportunity for Director of People and Culture to join The Park Gstaad, a Four Seasons Hotel in Switzerland. This role reports to the General Manager and has a dotted reporting line to the Regional Director of People and Culture.
Responsibilities
* Leading the People, Culture and Learning strategy and execution for The Park Gstaad.
* Championing the Golden Rule in every employee action.
* Championing top talent and supporting succession planning.
* Serving as a Business Partner, fostering relationships as a coach.
* Supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives.
* Actively supporting recruitment, selection, onboarding and development requirements.
* Evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives.
* Analyzing compensation and benefits trends to ensure balance between cost and employee experience.
* Developing learning quality and experience on the property.
* Delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Passion for people, talent management and learning.
* Experienced Business Partner with strong business acumen and operational understanding.
* Strategic thinker who can contribute to key strategies and operational decisions for the hotel.
* Ability to catalyze change and champion employees.
* Fluency in German and English and eligibility to work in the EU.
