Your duties include:* Analyzing and resolving tickets* Identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions related to these tickets* Acting as the interface between support teams and application managers* Overseeing business processes within the applications* Testing routers and TV set-top boxes during software or hardware updates**Your skills*** HES degree or equivalent professional experience* Knowledge of technologies related to fixed internet access (ADSL, FTTH, WiFi, VoIP, IPTV, etc.)* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve problems* Customer-oriented with a team-player attitude* Flexible, reliable, and autonomous working style, with strong communication skills* Very good command of German or French, good command of English; knowledge of Italian is an advantageWith us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
