At our Robatech headquarters in Muri AG, Switzerland (Travel: ~50% international), we are looking for you as Your Tasks Define and execute global Key Account strategies Build executive-level relationships across global customer organizations Align commercial frameworks, pricing discipline, and contracts globally Lead and coordinate Regional Business Directors and Key Account Managers teams teams worldwide Drive cross‑selling, multi‑site rollouts, and global project execution Translate customer needs into innovation and product roadmap inputs Establish value‑selling standards (TCO / ROI) Ensure CRM (Salesforce) transparency and KPI‑driven reporting Develop digital account‑management tools and dashboards Your Profile Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent 10+ years experience in B2B industrial solution sales Proven track record in Global Key Account Management Experience managing multi‑country, multi‑site customers Strong negotiation and value‑selling capabilities Leadership experience in international and matrix organizations Data‑driven mindset (CRM, KPIs, dashboards) Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) We offer a secure, flexible, and attractive workplace in an international environment with excellent opportunities for professional development.
