Key Responsibilities:Provide first and second-level support for Dynamics 365 Business Central users.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance, configuration, and integrations.Configure and customize Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory.) based on business requirements.Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.Assist in data migration, testing, and deployment of new features or updates.Document support processes, configurations, and user guides.Liaise with Microsoft support or third-party vendors when necessary.Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.2 years of experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).Understanding of ERP business processes (financeetc.).Experience with AL language and other development languages, API’s and extensions is a BIG plus.Experience within the Visual Studio Code environmentC# experience a must.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
