You will be the main link between Yuh and our awesome clients, who use our app to manage their finances and investments. You will answer their questions, solve their problems, and guide them through their financial journey with Yuh. /ppbKey Responsabilities /b /pliAct as a point of contact for clients, primarily handling written inquiries (chat, email, in-app messaging), and delivering a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experience. /liliProvide prompt, accurate, and reliable support related to the Yuh app and banking services, ensuring a high level of service quality. /liliSupport clients by clearly explaining products, features, and processes in an easy-to-understand and empathetic manner. /liliEnsure high client satisfaction by carefully addressing requests, executing client instructions, and resolving issues with professionalism and attention to detail. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experience during interactions and contribute ideas to enhance services and processes. /liliAccurately document client interactions in internal systems and ensure proper follow-up where required. /liliCollaborate closely with the Customer Care team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. /liliComply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the principles of fair client treatment at all times. /lippbQualifications /b /p /ppbYour Profile /b /pliCurrently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field /liliStrong interest in banking, fintech, and customer experience /liliExcellent written communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset /liliFluent in English; German and-or French is a strong advantage /liliReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently /liliComfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly /lippbAdditional Information /b /p /ppThis is a part-time job of 20%. /p
