The establishment values teamwork, creativity, and culinary excellence.Job DescriptionThe Junior Head Chef supervises a team of approximately ten people in the kitchen and service, with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day spread over three concepts. They plan and implement the Mobil Cook, supervise the production of sandwiches, salad buffets, and hot dishes. As a point of contact for hygiene, quality, and maintenance, they also manage orders and inventories.
