Role Overview
As a Digital Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of customer-facing digital products. You’ll act as the voice of the user, define product requirements, and work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Own product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals
Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and backlog items
Work with cross-functional teams to build, launch, and iterate on digital products
Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitor analysis
Monitor product performance with analytics tools and drive continuous improvement
Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and development teams
Requirements
3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager (ideally in digital or SaaS sectors)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience working with design, engineering, and QA in remote environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with product tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Confluence, Mixpanel, Notion)
Based in Switzerland with fluent English (German or French is a plus)
Nice to Have
Background in UX, business analysis, or technical product ownership
Experience in FinTech, e-commerce, or platform development
Knowledge of API integration or low-code platforms
