Key Responsibilities:
* Business Leadership: Define and execute store strategy, drive KPIs, ensure budget and target achievement. Act as an ambassador of the Maison and embody its values.
* Client Experience: Guarantee an exceptional client journey, implement clienteling strategies, and foster loyalty through engagement, recruitment, and retention. Manage CRM activities, digital tools integration, and handle delicate sales or after-sales situations in line with company procedures.
* Team Management: Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and career planning. Promote a couture service mindset, ensure effective communication, and maintain a positive, motivating work environment. Oversee staff planning, performance appraisals, and compliance with labor regulations.
* Product & Operations: Supervise stockroom and inventory processes, ensure product safety and rotation, and manage end-of-season returns. Guarantee operational compliance, store maintenance, and accurate reporting on sales and costs.
* Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping: Ensure VM guidelines are executed effectively, maintain store image and cleanliness, and liaise with HQ for updates and improvements.
