What you will achieve Organisation of the assigned station
Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
Preparation and serving of dishes and desserts during lunch and dinner service
Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
Support of the head chef in planning and compliance with quality and safety standards
Assistance with ordering, goods receipt & inspection as well as stocking of goods
What you bring Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
Specialisation: as a cook
Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector
Experience with traditional Italian recipes
A service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
You are a host through and through, possess good manners and a well-groomed appearance
German (B2)
Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
