Responsibilities Undertake independent thematic research on sectors and specific companies
Support sourcing and origination of new investment opportunities
Support execution of investments taking responsibility for individual due diligence workstreams
Carry out extensive financial modelling and develop company valuation
Take responsibility for preparation of investment memoranda and participate in investment committee discussions
Support management and monitoring of portfolio companies
Contribute to value creation initiatives, supporting management teams and BoDs
Experience Strong academic profile from a top-tier university or business school
1.5 - 2.5 years of full-time experience in investment banking (M&A, sector team, financing role) or in private equity or in strategy consulting
Keen interest in infrastructure private Equity and growth investments
Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills and understanding of corporate finance concepts
Strong commercial and critical mindset
Self-starter and ability to learn about new sectors and concepts quickly
Strong motivation and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to quickly grasp complex topics with a pro-active can-do attitude
Proficiency in written and spoken English required, Spanish, Italian or another European language is a plus
