Work location: Winterthur and surrounding area Workload: 80-100% Start date: immediately or by arrangement Department: Building Technology / Janitorial Services / Gardening Your Tasks Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
Ensuring the smooth operation of the properties
Conducting inspection rounds and minor repairs
Maintenance and upkeep of indoor and outdoor facilities
Supervision of technical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitation)
Coordination and accompaniment of external service providers
Your Profile Completed vocational training in a craft with experience in janitorial services or qualification as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma and/or as a janitor with a federal certificate of competence
Assertiveness as well as good communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours
Independent and reliable working style
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Friendly demeanour and service orientation
Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge of MS Office
Driving licence category B
