Proclinical is seeking a Team Leader Network Operations Center to oversee and manage a globally distributed team, ensuring smooth operations, rapid incident resolution, and continuous improvement. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and a customer-focused approach to support a high-performance Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Assign and prioritize daily tasks and tickets among team members for efficient workload management.
2. Supervise daily team operations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to procedures and service quality standards.
3. Plan resources, including shift schedules, on-call rotations, and resource allocation, to maintain 24/7 network coverage.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
5. Dedicate approximately 50% of the time to hands-on NOC tasks, including ticket resolution, troubleshooting, and incident management.
6. Participate in on-call rotations to provide first-level support during emergencies and escalations.
7. Collaborate with the engineering team to address complex issues and implement network improvements.
8. Identify inefficiencies in workflows, propose enhancements, and drive the adoption of best practices.
9. Prepare and present reports on team performance, ticket resolution metrics, and operational challenges.
10. Ensure timely and professional communication with customers regarding incidents, updates, and resolutions.
Key Skills and Requirements:
11. Background in telecommunications, economics, or management with proven leadership experience.
12. Strong understanding of mobile networks and the international roaming ecosystem.
13. Hands-on experience with STP, DRA, DRF, and VAS platforms, including troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
14. In-depth knowledge of IPX architecture and key signaling protocols (e.g., M2PA, M3UA, SCCP, TCAP, MAP, CAP, DNS, Diameter, GTP).
15. Experience with IP networking, including switches, routers, VPN gateways, and BGP routing.
16. Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, Opsgenie) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
17. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
18. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
19. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
20. Proactive, customer-focused, and dynamic approach with a commitment to excellent customer service.
21. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
