Your Tasks
1. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Government customers.
2. Provide expertise and guidance in troubleshooting Aircraft/Ground Based Training systems, ensuring compliance with the customer requirements and aviation standards.
3. Coordinate on-site support with Pilatus customers and maintenance organizations.
4. Investigate reported problems in Aircraft/Ground Based Training systems, implementing timely solutions to ensure optimal performance and safety.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and maintenance organizations for continuous improvement.
6. Prepare, review and update technical documentation, including memos, reports and maintenance procedure instructions.

1. Strong technical background with previous experience in technical customer support roles within the aviation industry.
2. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong project management and task prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
4. Experience with Aircraft/GBTS systems represents an advantage.
5. Fluency in English (B2) both spoken and written, additional languages are advantageous.
6. Willingness to travel internationally.
