Job Description
Act as a Trusted HR Partner

Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and staff within the Operations function.
Provide clear, pragmatic advice on people‑related matters such as workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes.
Support leaders in making fair, consistent, and timely people decisions aligned with organizational values.

Drive HR Operations and Delivery

Manage and coordinate HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
Work closely with HR partners, shared service teams, and specialists to ensure smooth execution and consistent service delivery.
Contribute actively to recruitment processes, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and new hires are well integrated.
Track service quality, identify bottlenecks, and improve HR processes to make them more efficient and user‑friendly.

Support Leaders, Teams, and Engagement

Coach managers on leadership practices, team dynamics, and performance conversations.
Help create a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment where people feel supported and engaged.
Promote employee wellbeing, psychological safety, and constructive dialogue across teams.
Support the resolution of team challenges and interpersonal issues with professionalism and discretion.

Ensure Governance and Compliance

Ensure HR practices comply with internal frameworks, employment regulations, and contractual obligations.
Handle sensitive cases with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Contribute to consistent and transparent HR decision‑making across the department.
