Responsibilities
Ensure coordination between ICT providers and clients, serving as the contact point for this interface.
Ensure compliance with directives and standards, represent interests in higher-level bodies or working groups, and lead these groups.
Manage inventories, agreements, plan change processes, and ensure their proper execution.
Maintain contact networks, follow trends, observe developments, and develop bases for future service development.
Take responsibility for release management, planning, coordinating, and monitoring releases, ensuring quality assurance, and coordinating with internal and external actors.
Manage and further develop intervention and communication systems, coordinate, monitor, and optimize relevant processes.
Qualifications
Educational background in IT (SSS or SUP) or equivalent professional experience; knowledge of federal administration processes is a plus.
Proven knowledge in using IT applications and experience in managing ICT systems and services.
Operational, strategic, and conceptual approach, organizational talent, and resilience to stress.
Strong team spirit, good communication skills, customer service orientation, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
Interest in new technologies and further development of ICT services.
Active knowledge of two official languages and English; passive knowledge of a third official language is preferred.
Summary
Actively contribute to promoting digital transformation in population protection, taking on roles such as analyst, controller, consultant, colleague, and motivator.
