Your main tasks
1. Support R&D and innovation projects across different phases of the product lifecycle
2. Contribute to the development, testing, and validation of medical device solutions
3. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams from development, quality, and manufacturing
4. Prepare technical documentation, analyses, and presentations for project teams and management
5. Actively contribute ideas to foster innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
Your profile
6. Above-average Master’s degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field
7. Strong interest in medical devices, product development, and innovation-driven environments
8. First practical experience in R&D, innovation projects, quality, or manufacturing is an advantage
9. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
10. Curiosity, creativity, and a high willingness to learn and take responsibility
11. Very good command of English; German and/or additional languages are a plus
12. Willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams
