Accountabilities
Plan, manage, and execute product development cycles using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements aligned with business objectives and OKRs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and product enhancements.
Prioritize backlog items, define sprint goals, and monitor progress while removing blockers.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and validation of new product ideas.
Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experience.
Track user behavior, build reports and dashboards, and leverage insights to improve product performance.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Drive problem-solving initiatives and ensure timely resolution of product and operational challenges.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a web development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum frameworks, and OKR-driven product management.
Experience working with subscription-based products or platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with back-office tools, admin systems, and data-driven product environments.
Technical understanding of development processes, tools, and terminology.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a remote, collaborative setting.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
