Your area of responsibility
Management of stores in the assigned region:
Revenue responsibility: You take comprehensive responsibility for achieving sales and profit goals in your store region, including budget planning and creation.
KPI analysis: You continuously analyze relevant KPIs and develop targeted action plans to optimize cross- and omnichannel activities.
Inventory management: You ensure efficient and smooth inventory management in the stores.
Personnel hiring, leadership, and coaching:
Leadership role: You are the first point of contact for store managers and partners regarding store management and actively support them in daily operations.
Staff planning: You monitor personnel deployment and ensure staffing is needs-based and cost-effective.
Recruitment: You oversee the selection and hiring of store managers and sales staff.
Proactive contribution to maximizing space productivity:
Training organization: You plan and organize training sessions on product range, product knowledge, cash systems, OC, and other tools to continuously develop the teams.
Brand presentation: You ensure the brand is perceived as friendly, authentic, and target group-oriented at the point of sale.
Season planning: You ensure the commercial implementation of retail season planning in your assigned stores and ensure optimal space utilization.

Successfully completed training in retail, ideally in the clothing/underwear industry
Initial leadership experience with retail employees including personnel management
Confident and fluent German language skills
Strong communication skills and conflict management
Professional appearance and high social competence
Analytical thinking, structured working style, and well-organized self-management
Openness to intensive travel, mobility (valid driver's license), and flexible working hours
