The primary job objective of the position is to care for existing customers and to acquire new customers, as well as to increase sales through cross-selling and up-selling with existing customers and to increase sales with new customers. The maintainance and ensuring of the quality standards of Medacta International SA must be guaranteed.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
* maintenance and safeguarding of the existing customer base - increase in turnover and sales in order to achieve or exceed quantitative and qualitative sales targets;
* increasing the profitability of customers and increasing their customer value;
* customer loyalty and customer satisfaction by maintaining committed contact with the various target groups: surgeons, OR staff and clinic administrators;
* identification and acquisition of new customers;
* conducting sales talks;
* demonstration and instruction of the medical and medical staff through courses such as workshops and accompaniment - assistance in the use of the products;
* continuous observation of the market and the activities of the competition and assurance of valuable knowledge transfer to adjacent areas (area management, product management, customer service, logistics);
* realization of information and advanced training meetings for customers and the internal service;
* participation in internal and external events (congresses, learning centres, hospitations, training courses, etc.);
* administrative and organisational support for hospitals;
* CRM maintenance of customer files (and not customers) in its territory.
The candidate we are looking for has these characteristics :
* fluent in English, German and French;
* curious, proactive and flexible;
* available to travel.
