VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Analyst, Global Assurance to join our Global Assurance team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

The role involves actively participating in Global Assurance audits and advisory projects, defining within the team the audit scope with stakeholders, developing audit programs, conducting audits across various domains (Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, HR), and preparing reports. The position also supports divisions and subsidiaries by evaluating business practices and recommending improvements to processes and controls.
We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Analyst, Global Assurance role (primary accountabilities):
1. Collaborate in creating audit programs
2. Work in team to conduct the audit/review
3. Prepare reports of findings and recommendations and present to Management
4. Evaluate and recommend to divisions and subsidiaries improvements to business practices, processes, and control procedures
Skills for Success
To succeed as Analyst, Global Assurance, you must confirm and complete the scope of the audit with the relevant owner or audit liaison. Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills will help you getting the divisions and subsidiaries on board with recommended improvements to business practices, processes, and control procedures. We are looking for someone who has
5. An expertise in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, IT/Information Security/Cyber Security, Supply Chain Management or similar
6. Technological proficiency (i.e., Excel and PowerPoint required, Power BI preferred, any other Data Analytics tool is a plus)
7. Strong presentation, verbal, and written skills
8. Strong verbal and written English skills, additional languages a plus
9. Sense of urgency
10. Strong organizational skills
