Job Description
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in supporting the administrative tasks of the onboarding process for new starters, managing employee life cycles, and coordinating monthly events. This is an excellent opportunity to develop strong administration and organizational skills, as well as improve verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support team members with all administrative activities of the onboarding process for new starters.
* Manage tasks related to the employee life cycle, including the exit process, to guarantee smooth transitions.
* Cooperate closely with HR partners, including recruiters and HR business partners.
* Coordinate monthly events for new employees.
* Handle general administrative tasks, such as processing interview expenses and managing spontaneous applications.
