* Develop complex optomechanical assemblies, testing and calibration systems for Leica Geosystems products.

This Is You
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, photonics, or related field.
* Experience with CAD/PLM systems (Siemens NX/Teamcenter) is an advantage.
* In-depth knowledge of technical optics, optomechanical system development, and image processing.
* Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, etc., is a plus.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and creative thinking skills.
* Genuine passion for technology.
* Independent, structured, and precise work style with a hands-on mentality.
* Proficient in English and German (at least level B2 each).
