Origin Aesthetics AG is a start-up distribution company to serve Swiss dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic providers. We have contracts with top manufacturers global, with a commitment to provide the best service and the best solution for our customers.
We are seeking a device sales manager to cover a majority German-Switzerland region. This position is part of the founding team and is built for a salesperson that wants to be a part of a growing business from the ground floor. They will be helping build the territory from scratch with established brands. This position reports directly to the Founder/CEO.
Tasks
Capital equipment sales
* Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets across the full premium device portfolio
* Consult with physicians and practice owners on science, device benefits, clinical applications, patient outcomes, and practice ROI
* Prospect and qualify new account opportunities — dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic MDs, longevity clinics, etc.
* Maintain a specified value of qualified pipeline each quarter; identify new accounts and segments actively investing in aesthetic technology
Product demonstration and clinical support
* Schedule and execute product demonstrations at customer sites or Origin’s offices with direct clinical involvement where required
* Present all products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, and clinically credible manner
* Coordinate with the FSE for technical demo support and post-sale installation
* Support clinical training efforts at new accounts post-installation — in coordination with the clinical trainer
Account management and retention
* Maintain high-quality relationships with existing device accounts — exceeding minimum daily activity targets
* Represent Origin at workshops, tradeshows, congresses, and other marketing events
* Support development of key accounts and identify product advocates
* Support sales and marketing by relaying competitive intelligence, clinical feedback, and market developments to the team
Pipeline and forecasting
* Develop quarterly forecast objectives in collaboration with the CEO
* Keep HubSpot CRM updated on the same day as every customer interaction, opportunity update, and deal stage change
* Manage home and mobile office to ensure full responsiveness to accounts and internal team
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of field sales experience; background in capital equipment or high-ticket sales preferred
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in medical, scientific, or commercial field
* Willing to travel throughout Switzerland daily, sometimes staying overnight
* Willing to support events (congresses, workshops, trainings) that require travel and work on the weekends
* German C2 or native fluency required for German-speaking Switzerland territory; English minimum B1; French an advantage
* Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), digital communication tools, and AI tools as part of daily workflow
