Your role
Interested in learning more about the dynamics of corporate finance and capital markets? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Off‑Cycle Internship Program within our Investment Bank, Global Banking business.
As a Global Banking Intern you will be an integral part of our day‑to‑day business and will:
get valuable insights into our business and learn all about mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and leveraged finance
be involved in providing advice and execution of merger and acquisitions, spin‑offs, debt and equity financings, and other corporate advisory services and transactions
analyze complex situations and develop the best strategy to maximize our clients’ diverse objectives
Your team
You’ll be working in Zürich, Switzerland in our Global Banking business. As a division we are trusted advisers to corporates and financial sponsors with regards to mergers and acquisitions (including carve‑outs, exchange offers, corporate and sponsor‑backed transactions), capital markets (covering all stages from equity capital raising to disposal as well as all debt and sustainability‑related debt instruments) and financings (leveraged finance solutions, transaction and non‑transaction‑related), supporting them on their most important transactions and decisions.
Qualifications
currently enrolled in studies with a graduation date late 2027 or 2028

strategic thinker with strong communication skills in English; German is a plus, but not a must
motivated to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic and challenging yet rewarding environment, allowing growth every day
