Job Title: SAP Development Manager

This role involves leading and managing a team of developers, ensuring the smooth operation of SAP development processes, and coordinating with internal customers.

About the Job:
\
\
1. Lead and manage a team of SAP developers, including recruitment, mentoring, training, performance appraisal, and objective agreements.
\
2. Coordinate all internal and external resources related to the team.
\
3. Be responsible for the coordination of tickets and technical tasks, team projects, and incidents management.
\
4. Ensure SAP development governance application and its evolution.
\
5. Manage communication and coordination with internal customers.
\
6. Work with quality assurance to define standards and procedures.
\
\
Requirements:
\
\
7. Deep knowledge of SAP technical architecture.
\
8. In-depth understanding of SAP ABAP Language, SAP R/3, and S4 programming capabilities and development best practices.
\
9. Coordination with architects colleagues to decide on suitable frameworks and technologies.
\
10. Solid experience with ABAP OO, Interfaces, Forms technologies, Webservices, Fiori, and SAPUI5.
\
11. Understanding complex business processes and ability to communicate within international organizations.
\
\
Professional Requirements:
\
\
12. University or Master degree level, or equivalent graduate in Information Technology or Information Management.
\
13. At least 5 to 8 years of working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4.
\
14. Strong work experience in Team management (5 people and more).
\
15. Communication and change management skills.
\
16. Service and customer-oriented, team worker, and open-minded.
\
