We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join our team for the summer season.

Mission
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of all F&B, including breakfast, dinner service, bar and room service
* Manage, train, and lead the entire restaurant and bar team
* Ensure exceptional service standards for luxury and UHNW guests
* Monitor inventory, cost control, orders and quality standards
* Collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest experience
Profile
* Proven experience in luxury hotel F&B management
* Experience with discerning international clientele (UHNW)
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Fluent in English; French and/or additional language is a plus
* Passion for delivering top-tier service in a luxury environment
* Wine knowledge
