PpRole: Order Processing in Accelleron’s High Speed Division – Baden, Switzerland. /ph3Reporting /h3pReports to the Head of Order Processing Commercial Management. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the entire order-to-cash process. /liliImport monthly evaluated customer forecasts into the SAP system to align production and logistics with customer needs. /liliEnter every customer order accurately and completely into SAP, ensuring technical and commercial correctness. /liliCollaborate closely with the logistics team to guarantee on-time delivery of customer orders. /liliMonitor delivery schedules and proactively follow up to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment. /liliMaintain and regularly update customer platforms, keeping digital touchpoints clean, current, and reliable. /liliBuild strong relationships with customers and internal teams through clear, reliable, and friendly communication. /liliHandle customer complaints and carrier claims with care and professionalism, aiming for fair and timely resolution. /liliKeep customers informed about order progress, solve problems before they exacerbate, and support them at every step. /liliCoordinate transport orders with forwarders via EDI and maintain regular contact with forwarder points of contact to keep deliveries moving smoothly. /liliPrepare all necessary customs and shipping documents, ensuring compliance and a seamless export process. /liliUse project‑management skills to analyze data, identify ways to improve service and efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /liliTrack outstanding customer payments and work toward timely resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships. /li /ulh3Background /h3ulliCommercial or technical apprenticeship with a bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field (Sales, Order Management, Project Management) is preferred. /liliSeveral years of professional experience. /liliFluency in German and English is mandatory; other languages are an advantage. /liliExperience in order processing with SAP R/3 SD Module and preferably S/4HANA. /liliInterest in technology, particularly in turbochargers. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and set priorities for long and short‑term orders/projects. /liliResults‑oriented with a demonstrated ability to apply problem‑solving skills in ambiguous situations. /liliStrong cross‑functional coordination skills and good interpersonal communication skills; teamwork spirit required. /liliSelf‑motivated personality. /liliExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. /liliAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel is preferable. /liliAdvanced knowledge of Power BI Reports is preferable. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliCanteen /liliChildcare /liliModern office and smart working /liliFlexible working model /liliAttractive holiday plans /liliEmployee Assistance Program /li /ulpAccelleron values diversity and inclusion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
