Technical Sales Representative - Drive Solar Energy Innovation

As a full-time Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer challenges in PV asset management and positioning our advanced AI-powered software as the best solution for their needs.
You will work closely with our global sales, product, and engineering teams in Switzerland and India, developing a deep understanding of SmartHelio's products and effectively communicating their value to technical and business stakeholders to solve their technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively identify and engage potential clients across Europe and Latin America.
* Set up meetings or calls between potential customers.
* Build trusted relationships with technical & commercial stakeholders and manage a pipeline of interested prospects.
* Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records via CRM.
* Support the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to signed deal.
Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical, PV, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Fluent in English and another language (ideally, Spanish or German).
* 1–3 years of experience in technical sales or client-facing roles (internships or projects in renewable energy a preference).
* Entrepreneurial experience and/or worked in startups, and thrive in dynamic, high-ownership environments.
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
