Job Description
* Collect, clean, validate, and analyse procurement and tender‑related data
* Prepare management‑level memos, reports, and presentations based on analytical findings
* Support tender readiness across technical and commercial streams
* Coordinate interactions and documentation for review committees and internal stakeholders
* Draft tender materials and ensure consistency and quality of deliverables
* Develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for decision‑making
* Track timelines, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with key milestones
* Provide continuous operational support throughout the tender lifecycle
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in procurement, sourcing, tender support, or procurement analytics
* Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into clear insights for management
* Proactive, well‑organised, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
* Comfortable coordinating across cross‑functional teams
* Experience in a complex tender environment is a strong asset
* English as a first language or full professional fluency required; additional languages are a plus
* Experience with analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, dashboards) appreciated
