United Machining is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage and optimize our on-premises IT infrastructure while supporting our Microsoft Azure environment.
You will ensure system availability, security, and performance in a dynamic industrial setting.

Your tasks
* Administer Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, vSphere, Hyper‐V)
* Manage networks, storage, and backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis)
* Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery policies
* Automate tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
* Maintain Active Directory, GPOs, SSO, and RBAC
* Manage Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.
* Ensure compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR) and maintain documentation
Your profile
* 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing on‑premises IT infrastructure
* Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator
* VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
* Strong experience with:
* Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL)
* VMware vSphere, Hyper‐V, or other virtualization platforms
* Backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Acronis, etc.)
* Proficiency in network administration
* Experience with enterprise security solutions (firewalls, VPN, endpoint protection, SIEMs)
* Ability to write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation
* Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios, etc.
* Experience with migrations from on‑prem to MS Azure
