British American Tobacco Switzerland has an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager in Lausanne.
In this role you will act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to the Commercial organisation, providing robust financial insight and challenge to support revenue, customer, and channel investment decisions. It involves analysing market dynamics, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to inform pricing strategies that optimise revenue and support sustainable performance. The role strengthens commercial discipline by driving value-focused decisions and ensuring pricing and revenue initiatives align with business goals and will report to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Business Partnering
Partner Commercial and Trade teams to support revenue and investment decisions through clear financial insight and constructive challenge.
Translate financial outcomes into commercial implications to enable informed decision‑making.
Provide financial insights to Marketing and relevant cross‑functional teams to support strategic pricing and revenue decisions.
Value Focus
Support the planning, deployment, and evaluation of customer and channel investments, ensuring focus on value creation.
Analyse market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behaviours to drive pricing optimisation.
Provide insights on trade activities, promotions, pricing structures, and assortment choices, balancing revenue, profitability, and cash.
Analyse customer and channel profitability to identify opportunities and risks.
