The base pay range for this role is CHF110,000.00/yr - CHF130,000.00/yr.
Role
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic development of complex software solutions and will lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the development process. You will analyze technological trends, identify optimization potential, and implement visionary concepts. You will make technology-related architectural decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and security. Your long-standing experience will be used to define standards and ensure technical excellence throughout the project.
Responsibilities
* As an IT network technology specialist, you will optimize existing infrastructures and architectures to provide powerful and cost-effective network services.
* You will be responsible for the regular review and maintenance of architecture and system documentation.
* In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers with network questions and will actively support cross-site projects.
* You will identify and analyze network operation disruptions and initiate appropriate escalation or emergency procedures.
* You will ensure smooth and demand-oriented support processes in daily operations.
* You will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all security-related network requirements.
Qualifications
* You have completed training in the field of computer science.
* You have in-depth professional experience in network engineering with a focus on Cisco products.
* Your knowledge of switching, routing, and WLAN is in-depth and proven in practice.
* You have a pronounced analytical ability and rapid grasp.
* You are willing to travel and are open to being on call, and you communicate safely in German and English, with French being an advantage.
