Job Description
As a key account manager for oncology lung cancer, you will independently manage our most important key customers, especially hospitals and clinics in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. You will work closely with all stakeholders to ensure availability of our innovative medicines for lung cancer, leveraging your networking, negotiation, and communication skills to deliver patient benefit. Your deep customer and market analyses, along with your creativity and innovation, will enable early identification of potential and opportunities that support our customers in optimizing patient and therapy management.
Your Responsibilities
* Support key customers (primarily hospitals and clinics) throughout Switzerland.
* Conduct market analyses to identify potential, trends, and opportunities in a timely manner.
* Develop account plans with the cross‑functional team to focus on key priorities.
* Use all means of communication and channels (omnichannel), organize customer events to promote scientific exchange, and efficiently use your activities and resources to achieve the best possible increase in patient outcomes.
* In close cooperation with the cross‑functional team, especially Sales, Marketing, and Medical, actively support the implementation of our national brand strategy and secure successful partnerships with key customers.
* Ensure compliance with all Johnson & Johnson compliance guidelines in all activities.
Requirements (Qualifications)
* Scientific or paramedical education, or a SHQA diploma.
* Business education or KAM experience/certification is a plus.
* Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in customer care.
* Existing network in oncology is an advantage.
* Strong strategic and analytical thinking, customer and service orientation.
* Confirmed sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong team player, enjoys working in a dynamic market and a dedicated team.
* High learning agility and openness to change.
* Very good knowledge of German and English, and interest in new digital communication formats.
